New Affiliate Business Member Resource Guide


 

WELCOME!

As a new Affiliate member here are a few steps to take for you to get the most value from your membership!

Bring us your Business Card, Rack Card and/or Promo Flyer!  Our office has display areas exclusively for our Affiliate Business Members.  We host meetings, have REALTORS stopping in to purchase from our in-house supply store and soon to be new licensees coming to take Real Estate tests at our office!  Why not get your business in front of their eyes!

 

Upload Your Member Profile Photo- Log into SARevents.org with the credentials provided to you by our office staff.  This landing page will show up as AMS Streamline initially...but once you put in your User ID and Password it will take you to our unique Southern Adirondack REALTORS portal!  Upload your photo or log in the "User Profile" tab.  This image is what the general public and our SAR Realtor members will see when they search for you or you show up in search engines picking from our website!

 

ADD us to your Contact List-  To ensure you receive timely Affiliate Newsletters, member updates, networking & event invitations and news flashes be sure to add the following email so our info does not go into your spam.  AE@southernadkrealtors.org

 

Register for Association Events- registering for events gets you tuned in and networking with our REALTOR members and other affiliates!  Events range from workshops, focus groups, community service and outreach projects to "just for fun" recreational and sporting events!  Visit our Association event calendar at SARevents.org

 

Attend our "Meet n' Greet" New Member Orientation- this is a chance to meet our brand new REALTOR members on a personal level!  We host these informal sessions every other month.  Get your elevator speech ready!

 

Sponsorship of one of our many programs or events!  Our REALTORS know that sponsoring affiliate members make our programs possible.  Without Affiliate support from monetary sponsorships, we would not be able to offer all the programs, services and benefits that we do! Sponsorships range from $50 to $2000 depending on event and sponsor recognition package levels.

 

Host an Informational Workshop to Share your Expertise and Knowledge-  Beginning in 2021 we plan to roll out a rotating series of up to 1 hour free informational and informal workshops that will showcase an Affiliate Member's expertise on real estate related services and educational topics.  For more information on this, please reach out to our Association Executive directly at 518-798-3425. 

 

Join our Affiliates Committee or another Association Committee- There is perhaps no better way to build relationships than one by one.  Engage yourself an active volunteer on one of our committees (chose from...Membership, Holiday Gala, Government Affairs, Education, Scholarship, Young REALTOR Network, or Community Outreach) and you will be part of a team to help guide, plan and host events for members and the general public.  This is networking in its finest form!
