One of the most important things you can do to keep safe is to be aware of your surroundings, and do your best to be prepared for the task ahead. Know the ways out of the property in case you need to leave quickly, always ID clients, and remember safety over politeness. Being prepared also means being safe on the road– be aware of the weather and have an emergency kit in your car. If showing properties, in a remote, rural area, be prepared in case you have a flat tire or hit an animal.
